Ms. Shah serves as an Environmental Scientist at McRoberts & Hartis, P.C. performing environmental report reviews, technical analysis, and quality control of environmental reports prepared by various national consulting firms for commercial real estate and institutional lenders, loan servicers, and equity owners.
Prior to joining McRoberts & Hartis, P.C. in 2024, Ms. Shah worked for Detroit Building Authority and City of Detroit, where she reviewed Phase I ESAs and Phase II ESAs, DCP, BEA, UST removal reports for Detroit Demolition Program. She reviewed and evaluated hazardous/ regulated materials survey and inspection reports for residential and commercial properties.
